Please complete the following form with as much detail as possible. The more info we have, the better! So try and be as detailed as possible! 

 

The most important info we need is the following:

- The date and drop-off time for your event

- Floral Design Style (Classic, Whimsical, Garden, Modern). If you're not sure, that's okay! But, please be ready to send over inspiration photos during your consultation if you have any!

- Floral color palette (please be as specific as possible with color shades - ex: for pink, specify with dusty pink/hot pink/salmon/etc)

- If your event is a wedding, how many people need personal flowers & what type? (ex: 1 Bridal bouquet, 5 maid bouquets, 1 groom boutonniere, 5 groomsman boutonnieres, etc)

- Quantity and Type of arrangements. (ex: 1 altar installation, 10 tall round table centerpieces, 3 small vase arrangements, etc)

- Floral Budget (this is super important - it determines the type of flowers we use in your arrangements!)
